Abbiamo trovato molto gentile l'accoglienza, l'appartamento è grande per sole due persone, molto bella la cucina con le travi dipinte di bianco, bella anche la camera matrimoniale. La posizione era perfetta perché cercavamo qualcosa non centralissimo, vicino a Piazza San Marco, in quanto c'è troppa confusione, mentre l'appartamento è situato in una zona molto tranquilla, vicino ci sono vari negozi alimentari e un supermercato utile per farci le spese. L'appartamento era pulito e molto luminoso, bellissima la vista sul Canal Grande, soprattutto la sera quando passavano le gondole, era un piacere! Ideale la zona, servita dai vaporetti e ricca di negozi di generi vari, in pochi minuti siamo arrivati al Ponte di Rialto. Forse in estate non è il periodo ideale per visitare questa città, considerando il caldo e tanta gente, quindi vogliamo venire in inverno, speriamo di alloggiare nello stesso appartamento, se sarà libero. It is truly a unique city and we were extremely pleased to be able to get to know it better. We walked all over the cities and visited five of the six sestieri and the islands. We know the vaporetto system very well and really enjoyed traveling throughout the city. The Casanova1 apartment was very comfortable and we think the location is the best. We got to know the neighborhood in the Arsenale and Via Garibaldi and found some wonderful eating places and mad new friends. We enjoyed getting to know Paolo and Betty and found their botega quite helpful and convenient. We also enjoyed getting to know the folks at the Arsenale Café (where we had breakfast almost every day) and the people at one of our favorite restaurants (da Paolo - Paolo, Fabiana & Lili) Another of our favorite restaurants, was the Biannalle on Via Garibaldi and we got to know the people there and enjoyed them very much. All in all, we had a great time. Thanks you again for all of your help. We will look forward to our next visit. Date 24-May-2012
